Black History Month at Marion Bible

The African American faith-based community is a significant part of African American History. The African American Churches of Marion and all believers are invited to gather on Saturday, February 15 from 11 am to 1 pm to participate in a combined worship service in honor of Black History Month and our shared faith in Jesus Christ. “Total Praise” will focus on the last verse of Psalm 150, “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Praise the LORD!”
Each church is invited to bring a choir, ensemble or soloist with an A and B selection to participate in this two-hour service of Total Praise. The celebration will also offer opportunity for church leaders to give a short testimony on the role of faith in Black History.
